Also known as Dublin Bay prawns, nephrops and Norwegian lobster, langoustine look like large king prawn but are actually part of the lobster family.

Traditionally the tails are used to make breaded scampi, but they’re also fantastic when roasted in the oven and served whole with lemon and mayonnaise, or split in half and coated in butter and herbs, then grilled.
