Prawns - Large, Whole, Cooked

These are Royal Greenland prawns which are simply the best available.

They are sourced from the pristine waters of the North Atlantic and Arctic Ocean. Caught when they are 5 years of age or older, compared to farmed prawns which are harvested at just 5-6 months.

The cold water makes them grow very slowly for a deeper flavour and better texture. They are salty-sweet and have a firm but juicy texture.

Fresh squid caught just a few miles from brixham are versatile seafood that can be chargrilled or deep fried.

Squid should be cooked either very quickly of very slowly or they become a tad rubbery and chewy. We can also clean the squid for you, please note you will get roughly half the weight back if we clean it for you.
