Our Haddock is locally caught. Haddock is very similar to cod, but has a slightly sweeter taste. Often a favourite for fish and chips.

It is a very versatile fish and goes well with creamy and sharp sauces, as well as strong and spicy.

Haddock is a good source of vitamin B6 and B12, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, and selenium.
