Don’t be put off by it’s ugly demeanour, Monkfish has an inner beauty. The tail yields fantastic meat with a firm, meaty texture and a similar taste to langoustine.

The tails are great for searing then roasting, and takes on flavour well.

Monkfish tails are a great source of protein, low in fat and contain vitamins B6 and B12.

  • Supplied vac-packed, fresh and sealed in a temperature controlled box

  • Suitable for home freezing

  • Please note while every care has been taken to remove bones in fillets, there may be some remaining
