• 6 half cut or cut scallops

• 250g white crab meat

• 1kg mussels

• 1kg monkfish or seabass (farmed 1.2k fish)

Our mussels, oysters cannot be frozen our scallops and fresh fish is prime for home freezing if you fancy spreading out your feast.
