Wild Halibut has gone very scarce but will we get some large whole fish in from Norway so will be doing fillets for the foreseeable
Plaice is looking poor at the moment so if we cant find any good fish on the auction we will take it ofF stock for a short period until they recover from spawning season

When you buy your fresh fish from us we will vacuum pack it with ice, seal it in a temperature controlled box and send it straight to you overnight by our reliable courier.

Salmon is the UK’s favourite fish. Our Scottish Salmon has a refreshing and subtle taste, with a robust texture and large flakes.

Sea Bass is great for stuffing and baking or grilling, or pan frying with the skin on. It has a delightful flavour that stands on it’s own, but also works well with stronger flavours.

Dover Soles are known as the ‘King’ of the soles as they are the classic sole fish that has inspired many traditional dishes such as sole veronique and sole a la meunière.
