Honey Garlic Salmon
This honey garlic sauce makes the salmon extra juicy and packed full with flavour. It’s sweet and sticky with a wonderful garlic hit, and takes no time at all to make.
INGREDIENTS
500g salmon fillets
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
Chopped lemon
cayenne pepper, to taste
salt and black pepper
Butter
METHOD
Season the fillets with the cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper
Combine the honey, lemon juice and crushed garlic
Coat the salmon with the mixture
Heat the butter in a pan and then add the salmon, skin side down
Add the lemon slices to the pan
Pour any remaining mixture over the salmon
Cook on a medium heat until fish is cooked through and pink, approx. 15 mins
